Where do we register for an RV site?
The sites are filled on a first come, first served basis. You must register at the Carter Club in the Casino.
What does it cost to use the travel trailer dump station?
Nothing, this is complimentary for our guests that are utilizing our RV parking.
When using the RV parking spots, what does that include?
Complimentary electric hookup, dump station.
What can I do with my points?
The points you earn can be used numerous ways. Check with a Carter Club Host for more information, they’ll be happy to help! The following are some examples:
Do we get free play for our birthdays?
Yes, stop in anytime during the month of your birthday and you will receive Potawatomi Play (free play).
How late is the gas station open?
The C-Store is open 24 hours for your convenience.
When is check-in & check-out?
Check-in begins at 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.
Is internet access available?
Yes, complementary Wi-Fi is available in each of the guest rooms and suites.
What is your booking policy?
A major credit card is required to hold room and is mandatory at check-in. Guests must present a valid credit card upon check-in to cover room rent and an incidental/security deposit. The Front Desk will run authorization on your card so your bank or credit card company may reflect this by temporarily reducing your available balance or credit limit. It is not a charge. The authorization ensures that the card is valid and will be released 5 to 10 days after check-out, provided there is no damage, missing inventory, room charges, or excessive cleaning required. Amount authorized for the incidental/security deposit is: $50.00 USD per stay. Please note that if the owner of the credit card we have on file will not be present at check in, the person checking in at the hotel will need to provide their own credit card. If you need to make arrangements to prepay your stay (either for yourself or for someone else), please contact us immediately and we will forward you a Credit Card Authorization Form as hotels usually require a minimum of 7 days processing time. Requirements may vary for holidays / special events: During certain holidays or special events, a minimum stay and/or deposit may be required. For minimum length of stay reservations, you will be charged for the entire reserved stay if you check out prior to reserved departure date. Deposits will not be refunded.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours of the date of arrival and no-show reservations will be charged a minimum of one night stay. No-show reservations with consecutive nights reserved will automatically be cancelled. Dates of stay may be rescheduled at any time without fee, though rates and room availability may fluctuate.
Do you allow pets?
Except for service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities, pets are not allowed.
Are cribs available?
Cribs are available on a limited basis for $10 per night.
Is smoking permitted within the property or guest rooms?
Smoking is allowed in designated areas of the property, outside of designated rooms and on the casino floor.
How old must you be to play bingo?
Players must be at least 18 years old to play bingo.
Is alcohol allowed in the bingo hall?
Yes. Guests 21 years of age or older may enjoy their favorite cocktail while playing bingo. Carry-ins are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed in the bingo hall?
Yes. We offer both smoking and non-smoking sections.
Can I use my credit card to play bingo?
Yes. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
How long does a bingo session last?
Regular sessions last approximately 3 ½ hours.
Do you have electronics?
Yes. All of our games are available electronically and on paper.
Can I reserve my seat?
We do take seat reservations for our New Year’s Eve Bash. However, all other sessions are first come first served.
Is bingo played every day?
Bingo is played Wednesday through Sunday.
