Our hotel offers venues and meeting spaces perfect for weddings, social, or corporate events and a pre-function area as well. These rooms are located on the same floor of the hotel, so they are convenient and easy to find. All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art AV and complimentary WiFi.

A variety of seating layouts are available for your conference and our team will work with you on making sure everything is up to your standards. Whether it is a small or large conference, we will work with you to ensure that it is a success.

Willow Room A large elegant space for your biggest events, 4,800 square feet, and seats up to 384 guests.
Balsam Room Half of the Willow Room, 2,400 square feet, and seats up to 192 guests.
Spruce Room Half of the Willow Room, 2,400 square feet, and seats up to 192 guests.
Kahquados Room A large space for your big events, 3,600 square feet, and seats up to 276 guests.
Kisheck Room A smaller event space, 1,800 square feet, and seats up to 132 guests.
Mexico Room A smaller event space, 1,800 square feet, and seats up to 132 guests.
White Birch Room A more intimate event space, 540 square feet, and seats up to 36 guests.
Oak Room A more intimate event space, 630 square feet, and seats up to 72 guests.
Maple Board Room Our smallest event space, 294 square feet, and seats up to 16 guests.
